5 Final Test Scope Test 3 – Regular
Date: 10th and 11th of
June 2021, Thursday and Friday
Time: Test will be done during combined
class on
Thursday and Friday.
English Test: Thursday 10:20 am – 11:00 am
Math and Science: Friday 10:00 am – 11:00 am
*Dear parents and students, the 3rd
English, Math and Science test will be written online. Students will receive a
link to the test during our online combined class on Thursday and Friday. The
test is to be done while students are online so that teachers can observe and
answer any questions that may arise. Students must have their cameras turned on
during the test to ensure honesty. During the test-taking please ensure that
your child is prepared and has no English books around them. It would also be
advised that parents are around during the test time just in case there are any
technical issues that students cannot fix or understand. Below is what is
needed to study for the tests and the time the test will take place.
English Test 3 – 10:20 –

Reading
Review Journeys soft cover.
Students will answer questions based on L26 (The long Flight)
and L28 (The many faces of Rolling hills) of Journeys (soft cover edition.)
Students will also be graded on their comprehension skills by reading a text
they have not seen before.
Grammar
Review Resources: Enter the World of Grammar Book 2: Units 17 and
Unit 18, Weekly Grammar Tests in test book and Grammar Review Worksheet.
Students will answer sets of questions based on the following
units and grammar points.
U17
– 1st Conditionals (and 2nd Conditionals) Pg. 114 - 118
U18
– Past Perfect Simple Pg. 119 - 123
Vocabulary
Review Resources: Vocabulary tests, Homework book and Language
Handbook L26– L29.
Student will have to select the correct vocab word
to put into the sentence provided.
Science and Math Test 3 - Friday, 11

Students will
