Parents!

Greetings!
Welcome back to the new semester! I am very
excited for the new academic term. The next few months are going to be packed
with events and activities, so I hope that everyone has had a good break and is
ready for the new semester.
For new students and parents,
my name is Mr. Richard and I have the pleasure of teaching your child’s 5th
grade English, math and science class this year. I am from New York, USA and I
graduated from SUNY Stony Brook. I have experience teaching children of all
ages. This is my second year at Lih-Jen and I am looking forward to working
with you and your child throughout the year.
My teaching style is very
structured and visual based. I usually gauge their areas of interest and try to
add some humor and excitement into my lesson plans from their feedback. I hold
my students to high standards and I encourage open communication between the
parent, the teacher and the student. If you have any questions or concerns,
