Hi parents,
I sent out the suggested level for the Cambridge test. Reminder: this test is NOT mandatory. The final decision on level stays with parents. When you type in your address please make sure the address is typed correctly.
Journeys: We finished L17. Softcover Journeys was about a family time traveling. The travel agent kept sending them to the wrong place. Hardcover Journeys was about Angela time traveling to win a writing contest.
Science: We started Ecosystems.
Math: We are up to page 5 in approximations. A lot of students forgot how to round.
Creative Writing: We wrote an essay on the future and what school in the future would be like.
Grammar: We learned about reflexive and emphatic pronouns. We will have a quiz next week on this.
